My name is Chad Brittain; I am currently a junior at Osceola High School. I am excited for the start of my senior year as I am completely healthy for the first time in two years. As a sophomore I was a starter on our varsity team. I unknowingly broke my wrist in the fourth game but continued to play throughout the year. I was diagnosed in the spring and had surgery, which kept me off of the field until one week prior to the first game of my junior year. In the second game of my junior year I tore my MCL which kept me out of all but three games.
I have been training hard in anticipation of this year and my strength and speed continue to improve as I train. I work equally as hard at maintaining my 4.5 GPA. Academics are important to me so a quality education is a priority.
My goal is to have the opportunity to continue to play football, the game I have loved sine I was 10 years old, at the collegiate level. I dream of helping a team continue to strive for success and perfection.
