Konnor Briody '15 Recruiting Profile

I would love to play football at the college level, I love playing the game of football. I started playing football at the age of eight and played for two years, coming from a military family my parents were deployed or TDY a lot so I missed playing a couple of years. When my parents retired from the air force we moved from Virginia to Florida. My 8th grade year I was starter on the OL at John Long Middle School.  In 10th grade I was the only JV player to play four varsity games. My current 11th grade year I became a starter on varsity, playing DE and OL. I love being a part of a team, and working together towards a goal. I know you don't always win every game, but that's what I strive to do!  My favorite N.F.L. player is J.J. Watt. He plays for the Houston Texans.            

I know it's unrealistic to think that I will play football in the NFL, but that would be a dream come true. So my current goal is to attain a college education so I can pursue a career in engineering or criminal justice with the federal or state government.
