Personal Statement

I am a 6'2" 200 pound linebacker/safety from Alpharetta, GA.  I have started on the Alpharetta High School football team for 4 years and earned outstanding player my freshman season and outstanding defensive player my Sophomore and Junior season.  Voted Player of the Week multiple times during my Junior and Senior seasons, including our playoff game.  I have a 81.3 cumulative GPA and a 2.5 core.  I currently have a 1200 SAT score.  I will be retaking the SAT December 7th 2019.  Member of the 2018 and 2019 Varsity Football Leadership Council.

I am looking for an institution where I can find the right balance between the classroom and field. I would like to pursue a university with an outstanding academic reputation in the field of Engineering or Technology. Ideally, my athletic environment would be one where I could make an immediate impact on the team.
