TJ Wilson '20 Recruiting Profile

Hello, 

My name is TJ Wilson, I'm a 6'3" TE/DE ( I also long snap for my team).  I play football at Dawson County High School in Dawsonville GA, I graduate 2020 and have started varsity both my sophomore and junior year.  My sophomore year I was second in my region in sacks and the only sophomore in 3A to finish in the top ten in the state and earned 2nd team all region and the coaches award.  I was also selected to compete in the Georgia North-South All Star Classic.  Junior year I moved to Tight End and was selected First Team All Region Tight End.  My sophomore year I also competed in track, I ran the 4x100 relay B-team and competed in the shot put and discus.  I finished runner up in the shot put in region and qualified for state as an alternate and finished 3rd in the discus and qualified for state as an alternate.

Church is Very important to me, I've been attending Brown's Bridge Community Church since 6th grade, I went on my first mission trip to Honduras this past summer and it really opened my eyes. I now lead a middle school youth group at the 11 am service and attend my regular small group on Sunday evening.

I'm looking for a school that I can balance between education, athletics and my faith, also I would love to play for a school that I could make an immediate impact on the field, somewhere that my 11 years of football can be really utilized.  Size of the school really doesn't matter just looking for the right fit!
