My name is Joshua Waymack. I’m a starting Offensive guard for the varsity team at Lanier Christian Academy and also play Offensive Tackle. throughout 11 total games this past year, I had well over 30+ PANCAKES 🥞, just 1 sack allowed, and only 5 hurries. I have been a varsity starter since my 8th grade year and this year I have helped lead and encourage an injury-bugged team into a playoff birth against a huge rival-region opponent. I had been such a vital piece of our line on Offense and Defense this year. consistency is part of the reason we have a trio of backs combining for over 1000 yards rushing and a receiver with over 800 yards receiving. I also played as our Noseguard in the 3-3-5 defense we ran and had 30 tackles (10 solo - 4 TFL - 5 QB hurries). I was a two-way player and played well over 80 plays a game. Ive played other sports like baseball and basketball. I’m a hard worker and try my hardest to be the best that I can be on and off the field. I would love to play football on the collegiate level and I’m going to work all the time to get there. I work on and off with coach Kevin McAlmont to continue to get better at my work.
