• My trainer develops the whole Athletes to unlock our full potential. My program covers breaking down all my major movements on the field and in the weight room. The program specializes in both football, weight room Fundamentals, football techniques, functional movement/ training. Functional training which enhances my athletic ability by improving stability, mobility, flexibility. Fundamentals in both athletic development(running, agility, jumping) & football technique to separate me from other players. All programs include exclusive technique & positional skill training. Your young athlete would go thru a dynamic movement assessment that highlights there strengths and weaknesses in their kinetic chain. With that they can train on their weakness to have well balanced strength . We will go over pre play key/reads for the front 7 and safety. This alone can separate your young athlete to all star level. It's teaches them to read, and understand what the offense is doing every play. F.V3 also exclusively implements point of contact drills. P.O.C drills are most effective because it's gets your athlete comfortable with pressure moments. These tools your young athlete can affect every play . Also show them NFL/ college techniques to separate them from the competition!!
