Personal Statement

Didn't start playing football until my sophomore year and enjoy it very much.  Became a starter my Junior year.  Have attended numerous camps these past two years and one thing of note is our High School is now on it's THIRD head football coach as I'm starting my senior and final year.  I am coachable and have continuously improved and am improving.   I am humble, passionate and and have a good and quick understanding of the football fundamentals.

The program specializes in both football, weight room Fundamentals, football techniques, functional movement/ training. Fundamentals in both athletic development(running, agility, jumping) & football technique to separate me from other players. All programs include exclusive technique & positional skill training. Functional training Features/Benefits ● Skills/ technique that stays with the athlete entire athletic journey ● Minimize injury with fluid cutting jumping and stopping motion ● Perfect running form increase speed and running efficiency ● Improve fluid motion with stance start ● Master body control body awareness ● Agile flexibility hips to turn and run with the best of them Strong weight training The program Covers young athlete weight training. Your young athlete would go thru a dynamic movement assessment that highlights there strengths and weaknesses in their kinetic chain. With that they can train on their weakness to have well balanced strength . (KEY EXERCISES/ MUSCLE GROUP INCLUDED) Features/Benefits ● Promotes strong promotes strong kinetic chain to maximize performance and minimize injury ● Focuses on key muscles groups for young athletes ● Makes better athletes ● Emphasize better feet stronger punch unbreakable core Football mastery The last part of the PROGRAM GOING TO COVER THE FOOTBALL ASPECT! We will go over pre play key/reads for the front 7 and safety. This alone can separate your young athlete to all star level. It's teaches them to read, and understand what the offense is doing every play. F.V3 also exclusively implements point of contact drills. P.O.C drills are most effective because it's gets your athlete comfortable with pressure moments. These tools your young athlete can affect every play . Also show them NFL/ college techniques to separate them from the competition!!
