Personal Statement

Hello,  my name is John Mahon and I just finished my senior season at Council High School. Apart from athletics, I have a 4.1 GPA, scored 26 on my ACT and a 1154 on my SAT. I have had a successful career by going to the playoffs in all of my four years in school, and making All-State the past two years. Through my four years,  I have put up 3,000 all purpose yards, 460 total tackles, 15 interceptions, and over 50 touchdowns. My career has been focused around my defensive game. I love to play the game of football for my teammates, family, coaches and God. I wish to play competitively for a college, preferably close-ish to Idaho, and put out 110% on and off the field. Whatever you as a coach needs, I'll work everyday to be the best. My experience in positions I believe I could play in college are linebacker, defensive end, fullback, and long-snapper.
