Dalton Kranz '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Dalton Kranz, I am a senior quarterback from Cole Valley Christian High School under Head Coach, Mark Moreno. This past season I was awarded the Western Idaho Conference Player of the Year, voted only by opposing conference coaches.  I was also voted Cole Valley football team MVP.  Thanks to my coaches and teammates, I was able to lead our team in passing yards, rushing yards, and in total yards all in my first-year attending Cole Valley. I love the game of football and feel that I have only just begun my football career.  Since the end of our 2022 season, I’ve been trying to do everything I can to stay in shape and continuing to build strength and muscle.  

I played many positions on the team: starting quarterback, starting inside and outside linebacker, starting kicker, punter, and safety.  My passion is playing quarterback both passing and running the ball. I thrive in an environment that allows me to work hard, show grit, have fun all in a culture that strives to be the best! I am passionate about honoring and being respectful towards coaches, teachers, fellow teammates and classmates.  I do not make excuses and will always give my 100% best effort.  I believe in having great character and honoring the Lord with a heart of humility and carry myself with excellence and integrity.
