Personal Statement
Since I was five years old, I have been a three-sport athlete. My main sports growing up were baseball, basketball, and football. It was very hard for me to narrow down my list because I loved being involved in team sports. I eventually narrowed my list down to the two sports I play now; baseball and football.
Last year it was hard for me deciding which sport to focus on the most. I ended up picking football and putting less time into baseball. I love the mental game of football, making big plays, and helping teammates get better. Now that I fully took basketball out of the mix, most of my free time is spent in the weight room, studying plays, yoga, eating healthy, and hanging out with teammates. Aside from sports, I have maintained a 3.5 GPA in the classroom. Also in the off-season, I play 7 on 7 for Midwest Boom.
I have been told by people that I am a good teammate that possesses good leadership skills. I feel good that people feel this way about me because I work hard every day to become a better person and it shows what I am doing is working.
I am fully committed to doing everything I need to do on and off the field to play at a higher level after high school. Thank you for reviewing my profile.
