My name is Dalton Grohler. I am part of the class of 2017 at Cerro Gordo High School in Illinois, and I play football for the Cerro Gordo - Bement Broncos. I rushed for 4,434 yards and 56 touchdowns in my career. I have six current school records, and I am the all time rushing record at my school. I have been playing organized football since third grade, and with my brothers years before that. I have always had a passion for football, and one of my dreams since I was in JFL has been to play college football. I want to earn a degree and be successful for the rest of my life, and not just be known as the guy that is good at football. (although I do like being know for that, too) I love the game of football, and it can work as a perfect gateway for me to get into a college that will help me become a better football player, a better student, and a better person. I can also help my team and others around me become better players/students/people. I know the experience of working as one unit and learning the responsibility of playing a role in something bigger than just myself will give me experience in a way that nothing else can.
