I have playing football since I was five. I had to stop playing football for four years due to leg problems. At the beginning of my football career I was not worry about playing football at a higher level. As I grew older I realized how important playing college football was to me.
When I was born one leg was shorter than the other. I have had to go through years of braces, shoe lifts, and multiple surgeries. The surgeries started when I was ten. I had a total of five leg surgeries. After rigorous physical therapy I was able to resume sports a year after my surgery and exceeded my doctor's expectations. In seventh grade I was able to play football again for the first time since I was seven. I played split-end and guard. On the defensive side of the ball I played cornerback. I am just thankful for my doctor's and my parents as well as my physical therapist for helping me to get back on the field as quickly as possible.
I am hardworking on the field and in the classroom, although my surgeries have been caused difficulties. I strive to be a good role model to my peers as well as the kids in my community. I volunteer to help with toy drives with the football team and with little league practices.
I am open to all offers to play be able to play at the collegiate level at the highest competition level possible. While meeting my educational needs.
