Personal Statement
My goal is to play and complete my education at a 4 year university. My aspiration is to become captain and starter and help my team each their goals each year. I believe I’m a good candidate because of my work ethic, leadership skills, positive attitude, and how I always uplift my teammates. I’m very coachable and eager to learn more every day. I believe what makes me different than other recruits is my past experience living and growing up in the inner city of Chicago. What also makes me different than other recruits is my focus on being a leader and making my teammates better every day. I am very positive, respectful, caring, and loving young man. I enjoy life and the game of football. I take on challenging situations and try to solve them, and if I can’t, I’m willing to ask for help. I extremely hard on myself about my skills, and I ask questions to see how I can get better, and also to see how I can help others get better. I work hard inside the classroom. I never give up and am always asking for help and trying to understand things I don’t know.
