Joshua Koprowitz '11 Recruiting Profile

I am from Girard, which is a small town in Central Illinois. We consolidated with another small school this year. I have started on varsity the last 2 years. I play a variety of positions on both sides of the ball, as well as special teams. I play hard at all positions. I like to tackle and have a nose for the ball. I am a kick returner, averaging 21 yards per return. I averaged 5.6 yards a carry at running back. I also kick and punt for our team. In my Junior year, I was voted 2nd Team All Conference Linebacker. My team awarded me Most Tackles, Most Valuable Offense and Most Outstanding Back. This season our team were Conference Champs, losing in the 1st round of the playoffs. I was given 3 All Conference Awards: Defensive Back, Kicker and Punter. I was also given the Best Special Teams Player of the Year by my teammates. I want to play college football and am willing to play any position to help the team. I realize I may not play right away but can learn on the sideline. I am looking for a school that wants me to play football and in return, give me a good education. I am open to any type of school. I am undecided for my Major.
