My name is Brandon Fischer. Football has been a big part of my life since I started. I have been playing organized football since I was seven years old. What got me to start playing is that i just love being in that competitive atmosphere. I have always dreamed of playing college football at a University and I know that being able to play at any college level is a once and a life time opportunity.
I am a coachable athlete and also hard working. It was during the offseason between eighth grade and freshman year I knew I was going into high school football a little smaller then others so I worked on improving my athleticism as well as training to get stronger and faster. As a sophomore in high school I was given the opportunity to play on Varsity and earned my starting spot at the slot receiver position. Being an underclassmen playing on the Varsity level I learned a lot of new things and was also able to get the experience of playing with guys that are a lot bigger than I am. On the field and also in the classroom I am always striving to get better and I will work hard to continue to improve in all areas needed to become a better athlete and person.
I love encouraging my teammates and to also lead by example on and off the field. I push them to work hard, and to give it their all during our games.
Academically, I work hard in the classroom to maintain a good GPA. I understand that how I perform in the classroom will play a big part in helping me reach my goal of playing college football.
My dream is to attend a college where I am able to push myself to be a better student as well as a better athlete. I do not presently have an opinion on any specific colleges as long as I am able to play football at a school that is highly competitive and selective but to do so I will have to work harder than I ever have before and hopefully I will not only achieve my dream of attending a good college but also play football at that school.
