Tyson Splinter '21 Recruiting Profile

I will be a Senior this fall at Prospect High School in Mount Prospect, Illinois. I have been playing organized football since I was five years old, and it has been my dream since then, to play at the collegiate level.  I have always wanted to follow in my father's footsteps and play collegiate football.  I have dedicated my life to the game.  If I am not at football practice or a game, I am conditioning or training for football, or working on my academics. I am  6’4 and 210 lbs and start at wide receiver and tight end.  Prospect plays an uptempo passing offense. Last year I was an important part of the offense by blocking and catching passes.  My coaches have stated that I will be a focal point of the offense for the 2021 season.  There have been many articles written about our offense, me and our team.  We are considered one of the best in the area.  One of the highlights of my junior year season was making a touchdown that broke our school record for most offensive points scored in a single season.  An additional highlight of my 2020 junior year football season was that we moved farther in the playoff series than we had for many years prior. I am excited for the 2020 football season and  can't wait to be under the Friday night lights.
