Personal Statement
Hello, my name is Carl Reina, a 17 year old student at Neuqua Valley High School in Naperville, IL. I play football and rugby at Neuqua Valley, an 8A Class school (largest in Illinois). Our Football program is coached by Bill Ellinghaus, and is a state ranked program. Our Rugby program is a club sport, and is a nationally ranked program. There is not a harder working player both on and off the field than me, and am a life long player who has the determination, dedication, work ethic, skill, and drive to compete at any level of the sport. I have been told that my passion, dedication, and skills are second to none, and am looking for the best program that will satisfy my educational and athletic goals. I am a very coach-able player, a constant student of the game, and looking to grow my skills at the next level.
I view playing football as a privileged and work relentlessly at achieving my goals. I look forward to speaking with any coaches that are interested in me. I would also like to take the opportunity to thank you in advance for looking at my information, and will say to you I will not disappoint both athletically and academically.
