Personal Statement
I have aspired to play college football since I was in JFL. I play on my high school varsity football team and I consider myself an excellent defensive end, nose guard, 3 technique. I’ve also been getting reps at tight end and fullback as well. Just to tell you a little bit about myself. I am a sophomore at Washington Community High School and I am a varsity letter recipient my freshman, sophomore, and junior years in football. As a Washington football player I have experienced playtime in two conference championship games, 5-A state playoffs, as well as the 5-A state semi finals.
I am a dedicated, coachable, hard working, student athlete that leads by example. I am a leader with a good attitude that motivates my teammates to success. I consider my teammates and coaches family.
I enjoy weight training, and working to improve my football skills through camps, training,, and practices. I am a role model for my teammates and peers. I volunteer at youth camps and practices. I'm also on the varsity wrestling team and had a great season wrestling with my team for the state championship where we won the 2A IHSA State Chamionship title.
I am always striving to learn and improve on the football field, as well as in the classroom. I aspire to attend a college where I can do the same. I am open to all college options at this point. My goal is to find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible in the classroom and on the football field.
