I am currently a 6’3, 185lb. varsity quarterback at Woodstock High School excelling in a ‘pro-style’ offense. I desire to play football during my tenure at college pursuing a career in engineering. My love for football began early, watching my older brother, college, and the National Football League, but my Christian faith is the foundation of my strength in both sports and academics. I’ve had the privilege of being raised by a loving family and supported by excellent coaches who have empowered me to advance in my leadership and critical thinking ability both on the field and in my schooling. My athletic ability and maturity allowed me to play football at the sophomore level my freshman year and varsity level beginning my sophomore year, as well as earning the Male Athlete of the Year Award in 2016 and the "Most Outstanding QB Award" at the Nick Saban Football Camp.
My goals for the current off-season are to increase both my speed and mass, spend significant time analyzing defensive play for coverage recognition, and establish and lead a regular training schedule with my receivers. As a 3-sport athlete, I will need to be a good time manager with my studies in an effort to maintain at least a 3.75 GPA. My goal for next season is to help my team be successful and positively influence each of my teammates in their adaptability of a new head coach and his philosophies.
