Personal Statement
My love to compete has driven me to be a four sport athlete in football, basketball, track, and baseball. Each sport brings out a different aspect of competition which I enjoy, but football is my true passion. There are so many moving parts in football. It is very strategic, a true team sport, and it is physical. These are a few things I thrive off of. I also enjoy helping people in my other activities like church, mission trips, 4H leadership, FFA, robotics team, school leadership, and working on the family farm. All of these activities keep me very busy and as you can see from my grade point average, I do a good job with time management. I believe that is a great skill to have going into college, especially since I want to compete at the highest level I can in football and academics. I am looking for a program that has a family like atmosphere. I am open to different types of colleges and I am not afraid to branch out of the Midwest. My goal is to graduate college with academic honors, but my passion is football and I will do what it takes to play at the highest level where I can be a strong contributor.
