Personal Statement
So far, my biggest accomplishments include leading our district in tackles during the regular season, starting varsity as a sophomore, and being named All-District and All-Area as a junior. I'm a very hard worker and very dedicated to doing the things I need to do to be the best football player I can be. I get just as pumped when a teammate does something well, as if I would have done it myself. My coach tells me that my football IQ is off the charts. I just get it . . . I spend lots of time on hudl viewing upcoming teams and when we play those teams I most often anticipate the play before they run it.
You will always get my best effort - on and off the field. I do every rep and every drill just as hard the last time as I do the first time. I just want someone to give me a shot at proving myself on the field. My academic interest is biology. I am also thinking about a career in physical therapy. I enjoy helping people and believe this would be a good match for the gifts I have. I pay close attention to what I eat, my sleep and work out program. I would love to get on the field as a college freshman but if I haven't earned it then I will work harder to make sure I get on the field my sophomore year.
Please take a look at what I can offer your program and know that I am serious about completing my degree, competing at the highest level, and experiencing this next chapter of my life with people who have a shared purpose. Thank you.
