Personal Statement
I have been playing for Burrton Chargers for 3 years. It has been rough no wins but we play hard most of the time. We only have ten players this year for our Eight man team it has been hard for us. Previous years we have been low scorers and forty fived a lot. This year has been different, except for our last game against a team who had the same record as us. We did not play so well last game and I was taken out for a concussion after catching a ball and being targeted before halftime. We hope to beat Chase High School on October 17th, 2018, who has the same record as we do. We will see who we play in the Playoffs after the Chase game. I have had a pretty good year, for a Freshmen Quarterback. Burrton has never really had blockers since around the early 2000's. It is hard to be in the backfield with players rushing at you from every angle. I managed to have over 100 passing yards against Fairfield Eagles, who have a pretty built line. I have been able to keep up fantastic grades while playing three sports, which I work hard at every single one, football being my favorite and best sport. I stress knowing that we had to forfeit to a beatable team because of other teammates ineligibility. We only had two players off the D and F list, one including me with a 4.0. After a couple of weeks of study hall, none of the team is on probation. NOTE: Do not trust MaxPreps, it is never updated for our team.
