Football has always been with me throughout my life and has influenced my attitude and effort to become the player I am today, and will continue to be in college. I started playing football at the age of 8. While playing football, each year my leadership role has been increased greatly. This year I was named team captain, the first junior in school history to be named captain. During my career, I have played Quarterback, some Wide Receiver, and Defensive Corner. I strive to be one of the most physical players on the field and not shy away from contact, even if my size isn’t the biggest. With this physicality, I believe I can contribute to any collegiate team. In addition to football, I am a varsity outfielder in baseball, which is one of the fastest outfields in our league. I am a very competitive player, on and off the field, and have no problem working to the most of my abilities to be the best I can be for the team. I am a fast learner, quick decision maker, and my emotions run high for the game, and as well for my education. I am enlisted in many AP honors classes while maintaining a 3.75 GPA. I hope to further my athletic and academic career with you, and show you the skills, values, and abilities I have maintained over the years.
