Peyton Kuhns '18 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6’1 Running back/athlete at Nickerson High school in Nickerson, Ks. Although I am open to switching to any position at the next level, I have more experience with running or returning the ball. I just finished my senior season with a 3.5 GPA and average of 3.1. I run a 4’7 40-yd dash, and weigh 200lbs. Playing football in college is something I’ve always wanted to achieve. I was recognized all state three years running while earning 1^st team for the past two years and top 100 seniors of class 2018. I was also mentioned as player of the week three times in the local areas as a senior. While helping lead my team to our first District Championship in over 10 years I rushed for over 200+ yards in 5 games and ranked 9^th out of 500 on maxpreps. I would like to attend a school beneficial to me on and off the field. I’m the type of player who will do anything to turn the program around. Weight Lifting through the past years with Head football Coach Mike Vernon has built me a lot of character as well as strength. By the time I was ending my sophomore season I was already squatting 450 pounds. My explosive and quickness will get the work done wherever you decide to play me on the field.
