Calvin Kenney '11 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to get a college education while playing football. I'm 6'2" tall and weigh 195 lb. I will graduate from Riley County High School in May of 2011 in the top fourth of my class. I've always been highly competitive. I played baseball for a team that competed throughout the state when I was 8 years old for 3 years and another team that competed nationally when I was 11 for 4 years. I'm a team player. I come from a small school and played QB, WR, FB, LB and punter. I received regional awards both offensively and defensively and also recognized as All-State defensive back for class 3A. I received the Most Inspirational Athlete award at a basketball tournament in Hays, Kansas during the 2009/10 season. I enjoy a hard workout and improving physically. I went out for track my junior year instead of baseball, hoping to improve my running speed. My 40 yd dash time in May 2010 was 4.5. I am a good student and want to earn a degree in Kinesiology and become a health and fitness trainer. I'll go anywhere geographically in order to achieve my goal.
