Andrew Hicks Clas...Personal Statement
My passion for kicking/punting is the driving source of my work ethic and has resulted in countless hours of practicing to constantly improve my skills.
My longest field goal in competition was 55 yards, my longest punt was 66 yards with a hang time of 4.8 I attended the Kicking camp at K-State the summer of 2013 and was blessed to have won their punt competition. I won the Golden Boot award at the Kicking World competition in the summer of 2014.
This fall, I won 1st team kicker for the KAW Valley League and 2nd team punter. I was also named All State kicker in both the Wichita Beacon Eagle and the Topeka Capitol Journal Honorable Mention.
I am driven to continue to improve my power and accuracy with hard work both in the weight room and on the field. I am a good kicker and know that I will only get stronger, not only this year but in years to come. I am dedicated to kicking and will do whatever is necessary to play division I football. I know I can help you win football games.

- Made 6 out of 8 field goals with a long of 52 yards. Punts had good hang time and went 50-55 yard. 3 Kickoffs with the wind went goal line, then 3 yard deep, then 7 yards deep, 3 Kickoffs into the wind went 1 yard line, goal line, then 3 yards deep in end zone. After camp I had a kickoff that went out of the end zone by 1 yard.

- It was pouring rain all day. I made all my field goals from right hash 30,35. left hash 30,35. middle 40, 45 and 50. Kickoffs went in the end zone and won the kickoffs with a ball that went 8 yards deep. Punts I won with punts going 40-45 yards but we didn't have a timer on the hang times.

- Four 50 yard field goals back to back with the longest 51 yards to win the camps Field Goal Championship. Punts 43yards with a 5.19 hang time and 47 yards with a 5.09 hang time. All four kickoffs went 3-6 yards deep (from the opposite 35)
