Personal Statement
I'm a 5’ 10”, 210lb running from Shawnee, Kansas. I'm currently a
Senior at Mill Valley High School. At my previous school in Lansing, I strengthened the relationship of not only my coaches and mentors but also my peers and fellow teammates throughout my athletic career including varsity football, wrestling and track. I was responsible for leading my team as a model of dedication and perseverance to succeed and improve even minimally each day. I carry these same ideals and ethics playing for the Mill Valley varsity football team. This season, I intend to support my brothers and hold them accountable to push themselves beyond the typical ordinary. As far as colleges and recruitment goes, I'm focused on finding programs that academically support my ideal interests of sports medicine and orthopedic science. Furthermore I intend to balance my academic interests with my athletic interest of a strong football program. Within this field however, I am still open on identifying the right colleges I'm best suited to support. Other than this, I simply hope to positively impact any football and academic programs I'm fortunate enough to be associated with. “Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence.” - Lombardi
