Matthew Green '11 Recruiting Profile

My name is Matt Green and I am a kicker at Lafayette High School in Lexington, KY. I am 6'2" and 230 pounds. I have been a varsity starter since sophomore year, and have been kicking touchbacks since I was a freshman. I was 2nd team all city this year (junior) and I am ranked 12th in the nation by Chris Sailer. I am often the last person to leave the field and I have the determination to do whatever it will take to get to the next level. Ever since I started playing football in seventh grade I have dreamed of playing college football. It does not matter to me where I go to play football as long as I am playing the game. I love football but I also want to get a college degree so that I can succeed after college. I would love to play as a freshman and would love to play at the highest level I can in order to make an impact on my team.
