Tanner Gilbert '11 Recruiting Profile

The Lord has blessed me tremendously. He has gifted me in all aspects of life, for which I am very thankful. I try to be humble in everything that I do, giving all the glory to Jesus Christ. With that said, I am a very hard worker. I'm the first player to practice and the last one to leave. This past year I was voted team captain because of my leadership capability. Ever since I was little I have dreamed of playing DI college football. I have an indescribable passion for the game. I am looking for a college that has a top notch academic program. My number one goal for college is to get a degree so I can be a productive member of society once football is over with. There is a slim chance of me being able to go to college without a football/academic scholarship. Once I got to college I would love to pursue a career in medicine.
