Lane Turner '18 Recruiting Profile

    From the time that I started playing football I have loved the game. I have always been  one of the more exceptional athletes at my school. But our school was not really known for football when I was younger. When my class got to 6th we were better than everyone before us. We where expected to raise this program to new heights and we have along with the 2013 class (4A State Runner-up)  My cousin played for that team. He was 4A player of the year and I have always been striving to be better due to his success. I started as a sophomore and with my teammates help we have reach the 4A state semi finals back to back years. Our goal this year is to win the 4A State Championship  

This drive inside has made me different from most players. Because adversity does not phase me. When something goes wrong for me or the team, my morale is not hit like most people. I stay focused on the goal a head and that is to win. I will do anything I have to to get the win. Over the years I have grown as a football player through die hard film study, intense speed and strength training along with skill work. I believe I still have room to improve from what I already have achieved and I will never stop working hard. My dream is to play college football.
