Personal Statement

My name is Clark Kissick, I am 6-1', 250 lb., Senior, Quarterback, from Bath County Kentucky. My team had a really good season finishing 8-3. We won 8 of our last 10 games with our only two losses coming by 1 point each. It has been a dream of mine since I was in flag football to play college football. I was told by many that I was too big to be a QB however, I noticed at a very early age that the college QB's were not small. I want a chance to get a great education, play the game that I love and make lifelong friends. Some of my highlights are as follows: * A member of the Academic All State team in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012. * 4 year starter at Quarterback. * Broke the single game passing record with 337 yards. * Broke the single season passing record. * Broke the career passing mark for Bath County (over 5,000 yards).. * The Iron Man Award winner at Bath County for 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012. * Selected as one of the top 25 players from the Class of 2013 for Kentucky by Demilings/Louisville Courier Journal. * First Team EKC for 2011 and 2012. * First Team All District 2011 and 2012. * Bath County's Offensive Player of the Year in 2010, 2011 and 2012. * Invited to and competed in the ESPN ELITE 11 QUARTERBACK CAMP at Ohio State University I pride myself in being a leader and a team player. I play baseball and was selected as the Varsity co-offensive player of the year and named to the All 16th Regional Tournement team as a Sophomore. I hit 382 as a junior while playing first base, left, right and pitching. I have never missed a practice/workout etc. in my high school career. I feel it is my responsibility to get every player on our team to give their best effort. I am going to bring the same work ethic with me to the collegiate level. I am open to any type of school and any geographic location. I plan on going to college to major in Government, History Business or Pre Law. I want to be the best person, player and teammate that I can be. I am looking for a school that is the best fit for me academically, socially and athletically.
