Personal Statement
How you doing coaches,
My name is Lindzell Rhodes from Ama, LA and I am writing to you because of my interest in playing football for you’ll. I recently played for Mississippi Valley State University in Itta Bena, MS a division 1 in the SWAC and I consider myself as a good student athlete and feel I can be used in you’ll program. I will be graduating this Spring with my Bachelors in Physical Education and Health. I'll be going to graduate school for either physical therapy or sports medicine. I am 6’2 210 and I run a 4.45 in the 40. I have 2 seasons to play and its my graduate school years. Coming out of High School I was an academic qualifier and I am looking to transfer in the summer. My college GPA is a 3.3 and I could play DB or the OLB positions on the football field. I am very interested in what your program has to offer me. I would be able to start graduate school while also playing some great football at the same time. I would love to meet you and talk about the possibility of being a part of your team in the summer of 2016. If there is anything I can do to help you decide whether I might be a good fit for your program please don’t hesitate to ask. I'm also the Basileus of Omega Psi Phi fraternity and incorporated showing my leadership. I will follow up with you soon and if you have any further questions I look forward to answering them for you. Coach I just need a opportunity to prove myself to you and your staff. Im willing to go 110%, commit myself to the grind, work hard, maintain a 3.0 GPA, and most important be discipline. I understand that I am a student before an athlete. I also have my release papers also. Thank you very much for your time and I look forward to hearing back and contacting you. Appreciate your time coaches
Sincerely,
Lindzell Rhodes
