Sean Brantley '21 Recruiting Profile

    Hello, and thank you for visiting my NCSA profile.  I am a proud DWCS Timberwolf, born and raised in my small town of Farmerville, LA, which has definitely influenced the way I view teamwork, driving me to always put my team first.  Since my love for football began in the 7th grade, I've always believed in the fact that the team comes first.  From my early days as an out of shape kid, to my current state as a practice and workout "freak", I have never lost that ideal and it is one that made me a varsity starter since my Freshman year, helped me garner "Pride of the Pack" Timberwolf team awards my Sophomore and Junior seasons, my first award of Honorable Mention All District Linebacker in my Sophomore season, 2nd Team All District Linebacker in my Junior season, and the absolute best honor I've ever had, Team Captain, going into my Senior year next year.  I feel the one thing that makes me a great recruiting candidate is that I am willing to do whatever it takes to help my team and I have the heart to complete it.

    I am currently in my Junior year of high school and not only hope to finish athletically strong, but academically strong as well.  I strive to graduate with honors and carry that through my college career as well.  If there is one thing I've learned from all my hard work getting in shape to play football well, it is that the same desire to succeed can be applied to my education as well.  If selected to play  for your team, please know that I will give everything I have for my team on the field and the same work ethic for my school in the classroom.  My character is wholly based on my relationship with Jesus and I’ll do my best to do His will.
