My current goals for high school are to finish with a GPA of 3.5 or higher and make as many field goals and PAT's as humanly possible. I have attached a link to a news article outlining my journey into football that explains it better than I ever could. I encourage you to please take a look. I started my Freshman year playing soccer. When our senior kicker was lost for the season in week 3, I told the football coach that I would like to try and help kick if at all possible. Even though my first start was not until week five, I was still able to make 1st Team All District and All Ouachita Parish.
I am still determining what my major will be but I do know that I love kicking footballs. I am the type of person that once I set my mind to achieving something I work very hard at being the best I can be at it. My parents have always taught me to be respectful and work hard. My Dad said that I can only rise to the level of my preparedness. With that in mind I'm constantly watching training videos and going to the field, most of the time by myself, just trying to get better. My approach to academics is the same as football. I always try to get the best grade in class.
I appreciate your consideration and look forward to speaking with you.
