Colton Williams '18 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6'4, 195 lb junior from Franklin Academy in Winnsboro, La. I play on both sides of the ball as a running back and defensive end. My size and speed offers advantages in many situations, but my main strength is my awareness and ability to adjust. I have started on varsity since my sophomore year and was a 2nd team all-district as tight end as a sophomore.

I have balanced academics, sports and work throughout high school. In addition to football, I play basketball and baseball while maintaining a 3.8 GPA (#2 in my class) and holding down a summer job. My greatest attribute is my will to succeed and intelligence. I will do whatever it takes to improve myself and give my team the best shot at winning.

I don’t have any preferences on where I play collegiate football. I just want to be on a team where I can contribute and get a quality education.
