I love the intensity and determination it takes to play football—it is not easy and not for the weak minded or anyone who gives up with a little pain. I like opportunities to push my body to limits I didn’t even know I had. Being both a tight end and a long snapper is a good fit for me. I’m athletic for someone my height (6’6”) and I like that it offers the opportunity for running routes and catching, along with blocking for the running game. I enjoy being a long snapper because I get to snap the ball and then run to tackle somebody. I like how both the positions of tight end and long snapper allow me to help my team in multiple ways. Being a good teammate is important to me. My coaches can ask me to do anything at any position and I’ll do it without question. I look forward to being able to play for a team in college that not only has a rich culture and has fun, but is also intense and focused. I am also looking to find a team that uses their tight end a good bit in both their running and passing game.
