Wally Moon '16 Recruiting Profile

Being named to second team all star tight-end my junior year was the highlight of my high school athletic career.  It was a great honor for me to be chosen by the coaches in my conference as a leader in the sport in my second year as a player.  I have been honored to be captain of our team in 2014 and 2015.   I have learned the value of commitment, sacrifice, and how leadership is a tremendous responsibility.  Through those responsibilities I have developed skills on and off the field that will guide me the rest of my life.  Those skills helped me win a bronze medal in Crime Scene Investigation at the State of Maine SkillsUSA Championships in March 2015. 

I am looking for a program that will be a good fit for me athletically and academically.  I value my chance to continue my education while participating in the sport that I love.  I believe that I have the talent to play for a team in a major division, but also the character, work-ethic, and leadership skills to make an immediate impact on your program.  I know that I have what it takes to be to be an asset to your team.
