Kyle Cicone '18 Recruiting Profile

 
Hello, My name is Kyle Cicone. My dream is to play college football while getting my engineering degree. I am very passionate about the game of football and take my education seriously. I work hard and strive for greatness on and off the field. I am committed and dedicated to excel athletically and academically. I am a team and group leader among my peers. I am a team player in every sense. I look to my coaches and educators for guidance, constructive criticism, and advice to strengthen my skills and talents, which will help me be a better student-athlete.  For these reasons and more, I feel I would be a perfect candidate for any college coach looking for a student-athlete that knows what it takes to succeed .
I have been a stand out equally in athletics and academics . I have played football since I was since 6 and can't  imagine stopping. Words cannot describe how much I love playing football. I was always a starter as a fullback, middle linebacker, and special teams.  I have earned numerous awards both  offensively and defensively. I continued from state championship games in rec  to conference champions in high school. As a freshman I started as full back, middle linebacker,  specials teams and was team captain. I very rarely come off the field and wouldn't want it any other way. In addition, I have always been an honor roll student never receiving less than a 3.5 GPA in gifted and talented classes. I received the Presidential Award of Excellence from elementary and middle school. I am currently enrolled in the CAD program at my high school where I am 1 of only 18 students selected form hundreds of students for this program.
I am happy with my accomplishments, but with anyone who seeks greatness, I know I have a lot of work ahead of me. I am preparing  by putting myself in the right places, doing the right things, and making the best decisions to lead me in the direction to the next level. I know as I mature and grow both physically and mentally, I will reach my goals and become an asset to a college that allows me to live my dream.
