My life-long dream is to be a lawyer and a very successful businessman. Right now my goal is to attend to a really good college and do the best that I can in academics and sports. At first football was just a way of losing weight, but when I got more into it, I fell in love with the game. Football helped me not only physically but also mentally. It helped me realize that I can overcome any obstacle and achieve any goal. I have grown as a football player, and I expect to reach greater heights in college--perhaps I'll have a chance to play in the NFL--another dream. I believe that with my drive and passion I can reach my dreams academically and athletically. The opportunity to play college football is a blessing that I know I will cherish. I came a long way, and I am encouraged about the future.
Coaches should recruit me because I am coachable as evidenced by my growth in football over a relatively short period of time. I take pride in being coachable--I hang my hat on it. I want to absorb every piece of advice that coaches give to me because I know that my 6'2" frame can develop more power, skill, and quickness if I am guided by the right coaches and program.
