Football has had a very heavy effect on my life and my biggest goal is to get into a good college and play football for them. I fell in love with the game in the 3rd grade after I had met a camp counselor named Brendan who introduced me to the sport. I started out playing flag football but after five years I finally convinced my parents to let me play tackle football in the 7th grade. I very little playing time that year but afterwards I grew a passion for the game. On the 8th grade team I became a starter on the defensive line. Then freshman year I was moved to Middle Linebacker and was named defensive captain, played tight end and was the best run blocker on the team, and got called up to Varsity for the annual Thanksgiving game. My goal for High School is to get a 3.5 GPA and keep it there and to get a football scholarship. One of my favorite characteristics about myself is that if I want something I will do whatever I have to to get it, and I am willing to do that in college.
