Personal Statement
My name is Brandyn Jones and I am a cornerback, free safety, running back, and kick returner from Springfield, MA. I am currently 5'9" 165 lbs. and run a 4.5 40, a 4.22 shuttle and a 36 inch vertical. My current GPA is a 3.25. I take AP, PreAP and Honors courses so academically I will not be a distraction to the team and may be able to help my teammates with academics if needed.
As a player I feel my number 1 strength would be my leadership qualities. Some guys lead verbally, and some guys lead by action but I lead by both. I'm the guy that will push every one to maximize each rep or finish each working with words of encouragement. At the same time, I myself will be trying to dominate each rep and finish each workout first. This helps both each individual player get better and also the entire team.
Out of my college experience I would like to play college football anywhere that will take me. and hopefully go onto to play in the NFL. Education is more important than football however so I also would prefer to go to a good, well-credited academic school.
