Hello, my name is Cory Chavis and I am a 2023 Quarterback attending Redford Union High School in Redford MI. I am the starting QB for our team. Last year, we had an 8-1 Record and lost in the first round of the playoffs. I had 1200 passing yards and 15 touchdowns. This year, my senior season, we are working hard to grow every game. My focus is on getting better everyday. My biggest asset is my arm strength and ability to read defense. I would describe myself as a pocket passer that knows how to extent the play with my legs if needed. I enjoy the thrill of the game and competition! I currently have a 3.64GPA and am on the National Honor Society. I also volunteer at my church in the sound ministry and in the community as a flag football coach. I believe in giving back and remembering where you came from!
My goals for my senior season is to help lead our team to a state championship! My personal goals as a player, over 2000 yards passing and over 25 TBs passing. I also am working on ball management and getting better at out of pocket play.
If you are looking for a leader both on and off the field I believe I would be a great asset to your program!
Feel free to contact my Head Coach Ian Iler for more information about me, 734-837-6985 or email him at [email protected]
