Douglas Ham '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Doug Ham, I go to Frankenmuth high school in Michigan. I am currently a junior, going to be a senior.this season turned out okay, i led my team to a 5-4 record losing 4 games against the top teams in my part of the state. This is now my team, and I know that if I succeed, so will my team. With that in mind, I have been working harder than ever, and I am more determined than anyone to make my team what I know they can be. I am currently 6�??2�?? and 195 pounds. At the beginning of my freshman year I was 140 pounds and 5�??11�??. I owe all this weight gained to my hard work and determination in the weight room. I have put on over fifty pounds in a little less than a year and a half. I am giving you all this information to show that there is not a harder worker than I am. I am willing to do whatever if takes to win and be successful. I am looking for a school in the next level that will bring out these characteristics of mine to the fullest of their potential, and a school that will push me to my limits mentally, physically, and academically. I want a school that is traditionally solid in both academics, and athletics. My high school is not known traditionally for their many state championships, but for its academics. My school is what they would call �??under the radar�?? to the sports world. This recruiting process is new to me, and I am not totally sure what to expect out of this. But, hopefully these few words can give you an insight to what I am all about. Doug Ham
