My name is Dylan Sellers and I was born to be an offensive lineman. I've been playing tackle football since I was 7 years old and not once have I played a position outside the tackles. I love the intricacies of playing offensive line and playing in a Spread Option system. Since entering Milford high school two years ago as a 6' 1"/180 lb. lineman, I've grown to be 6' 5 3/4" and 245 lb. I currently start at Left Tackle on the Milford HS varsity football team after starting at Right Tackle during my junior year. While I've always wanted to play high school football at the varsity level, over the past few months I've come to the realization that I can set a higher goal of playing and competing at the collegiate level. My future academic interests include earning a degree in biomedical engineering.
Since last football season ended I have been working hard to improve my core and overall physical strength. I've been working with a personal trainer plus attending platoons with my high school team mates. My body fat % has dropped from 27.1% to 16.7% and I've added 23 lbs. of muscle. I'm committed to continuing to build on my strengths from last year while eliminating any weaknesses.
