My junior year of football greatly affected who I am today as I have learned so much from that season. Our team had just come off of two years of not making playoffs and we knew we had to return the program to what it used to be. At the beginning of the year, most people had really counted us out already but we ended up going undeafeted in the regular season and losing in the third round of playoffs.
Football has taught me so many different lessons and given me so many different opportunities. I have made many friends through playing the sport and also learned about the dedication that it takes to get places in life. I am looking for a college that will fit what I am looking for in both football and education and will also continue to provide these new paths and opportunities for me to explore. I believe that I can have an immediate impact on a program as I think I will be able to share the lessons I have learned and not only continue to push myself to be better, but my teammates as well.
