Austin Alward '16 Recruiting Profile

My name is Austin Alward, I am a wide receiver out of Middleville Michigan standing 6'5" and a large wing span of 6'9". I have high expectations for myself and if I do not meet them I will strive to change anything I can to be able to become successful. What makes me different than any other good prospect is my positive character. I don't believe in a bad day and if things do not go as you planned, It's up to you to change the outcome. I am just glad to have this opportunity to play with other players that compete on the same level as I do.

I am a leader not only on the football field but in general as well. I make sure I can be the best role model for everyone that crosses my path.

In the classroom I maintain focus and truly get involved with every lesson that the teachers put in my direction. I now have a 4.0 GPA, I believe I deserve this grade point because of my work ethic and my drive to be successful.

I have a personal trainer at a local gym where I push myself and strive to make gains.
