Kyle Knapp '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kyle Knapp. I'm a junior at Portage Central High School in Portage, Michigan. In addition to football, I'm also a varsity wrestler. I'm 6'4, 265 pounds and run a 5.1 40 yard dash. My sophmore year I was 2nd team all area in football, all conference, and a regional qualifier in wrestling. This year, I was 1st team all-conference and 1st team all-area in football. I'm half way through my wrestling season and my record is 16-7. I feel that my strongest asset is my work ethic. I am always one of the first people on the field, and one of the last one's off. I also start off season training for football a week after the season in addition to wrestling workouts. My ultimate goal is to play college football and I will work as hard as physically possible to make sure that goal is achieved. I would like to attend a school with great acedemics and where the passion for football is as strong as my own passion. In college, I want to major in either Business or Political Science.
