Personal Statement
Coaches from any university should recruit me because I am one of the hardest workers on and off the field. Whether I'm getting my timing down with my receivers or in the weight room squatting or doing weighted dips, I am always trying to improve on my craft every single day. In the classroom, I always challenge myself to do my very best I can. I have taken Honors and AP classes, including working to take high school credits while I was still in middle school. I currently hold a 3.7 weighted GPA and a 3.4 unweighted GPA. I am a proud member of my school's National Honor Society. I am in the top 25 students in GPA out of the 141 students in my graduating class. I come from being a military 'brat' and being that 'brat' has instilled in me respect, being part of something bigger than myself, manners, and strong leadership skills. One thing that I am proud of in my character is that I take pride in being respectful to every adult or kid I talk to on a daily basis whether that's my group of friends at lunch, a referee on a field, or my football coach I talk to on a daily basis. A coach will hear me say words like, "Yes, Sir" or "No, ma'am." No matter how well I do in games, I always find something to improve on after every game whether it's getting back in my drops faster or throwing the ball to my receivers in a better spot. I will promise my future coach and teammates that I will be the hardest working student-athlete you meet. I will find it an honor and privilege to play at the collegiate level while furthering my education. I want the opportunity to take my talent, dedication, and work ethic with me as I join a program and continue to build upon a winning tradition.
