Personal Statement
James Haser- Dedication, perseverance, loyal and motivated. I am a 3 year varsity starter on both sides of the ball as a lineman. I believe my commitment to self-dedication and discipline will determine how successful I will be in the classroom and on the field. One of the most important lessons I’ve learned from football is my priorities. My family and my education always come first. My strongest attribute is team loyalty. I never give up on my teammates.
My academic goal is to pursue a degree in Engineering. I work hard to improve myself in all aspects of my life and like to surround myself with people that will help me reach my goals. I’ve been involved with Leadership Council which is a Friday morning meeting with returning varsity players to talk about ways to become a better leader. After I receive my Bachelors degree in Engineering, I will utilize the skills that I have learned in Leadership Council, in the classroom and on the football field to contribute to my community through service and mentoring future athletes.
