I believe that a strong foundation exudes strength and stability. This is my mantra for all goals in life. Positive morals and values have been instilled in me from a young age by my parents. I look for paths that will lead me to the best destination for myself and those around me. Sometimes that path is the one less traveled and I am perfectly okay with this option. An example, when I entered high school I chose to transfer schools and attend Nouvel Catholic Central. Everything I had known up to that point was changed but I looked inward and decided what path would get me to where I wanted to go- and took that chance. I had to relearn systems and adjust to new ways but in the end I feel I made the right decision for myself and my future. My study habits and grades have improved and continue to rise. I am putting to use the tools that I learned and how to prepare for college. I study hard and enjoy school with all the experiences that come with it. I volunteer a lot in my community to make it a better place. Athletically, football is my passion! From the 3rd to 8th grades I played tackle football with the Saginaw Township Youth Football (STYF) program and loved it. I built my football foundation from a young age on tackling, defense, reading routes, passing and the list goes on. The click clack from the pads hitting, the smell of the grass, the sound of the refs whistle and that feeling when you enter the end zone there is nothing better. My sophomore year (2017) I started on varsity and had an awesome run. Made it all the way to Ford Field for the High School State Championship title. That foundation of fundamental skills, football IQ and the desire to be better today then yesterday made it all possible. My goal is to play at the collegiate level and push myself to continue to build on that foundation and share my passion with others. To get there I train year around in one way or another. I play basketball and run track for my high school teams, weight train, one on one positional training, attend camps, watch video and anything else that can give me an edge. In the end my passion helps to build on my foundation to get me to my goal of attending college and putting to use all my knowledge and skills in the classroom and on the football field to produce a strong man with a solid career.
